It has been four years and counting since We Rock the Spectrum Kid’s Gym was founded. As of today, there are twenty four locations worldwide. We also just celebrated our one year anniversary as a worldwide franchise. What does this mean for We Rock? It means we get to serve special needs children and make a real impact in the world of autism. We Rock the Spectrum is a one of a kind kids gym, therefore it allows us to shape the movement towards helping special needs children develop and grow in ways they otherwise wouldn’t be able to. Due to the growth, however, we have had to expand our reach in terms of serving our new gym owners.

On November 25, 2014, we celebrated the inaugural of our new East Coast Regional Training Center. The East Coast Regional Training Center will allow new gym owners located on the East Coast to be properly trained and have a place to go for resources, advice, and mentorship. Becoming a new gym owner and franchisee can be a bit overwhelming and so we wanted to make sure to help our gym owners make the transition smoothly and not feel alone in the process. We believe in empowering our gym owners and through empowerment comes education. The new East Coast Regional Training Center is located at our Boca Raton, FL location led by gym owner, Gail Nobile Field.

Expansion and growth of a company requires many things, but the most important is passion. We are a franchise fueled by passion and drive to help families of special needs children. All of our gym owners have a commonality, and all are extremely passionate. Gail exudes passion; so much so that you can even feel it through her Facebook page. We knew when we were looking to expand that we needed someone who can emulate what we have going on the West Coast onto the other side of the country. In addition to being a gym owner, Gail is first and foremost a mother — a mother to an autistic child. Her family values and entrepreneurial drive combined with her outgoing personality was the perfect mix for a great leader of our East Coast Regional Training Center.

It was an honor to be asked by Dina to become the head the new East Coast Facility. My experience so far has been awesome to say the least. I am able to share my ideas and more importantly, learn from our new gym owners. It truly feels like we’re all in it together which makes the journey that more exciting and inspiring. I enjoy everything about being a WRTS franchisee; it is my life and I’m thankful to be able to be a part of it. Gail Nobile Field.
