We Rock the Spectrum – Franklin Park opened its doors to the Illinois community on Saturday, March 7^th! Both Shane Stahl and Tyler Tanner from the Corporate team flew out to Franklin Park to help out and show their ROCKIN’ support. Even WGN 9 News came out to document this grand opening!

Thanh Lam, also known as Joyce, is the new owner of We Rock the Spectrum – Franklin Park. She is the mother of two boys, Ethan (5) and Aiden (3) and worked as a Technical Specialist in an Anatomical Pathology Laboratory before opening her gym. When her oldest, Ethan, was diagnosed with autism at the age of 3, Joyce realized how important it was to have an inclusive space where he could learn and grow alongside other children in their community. So, when she found We Rock the Spectrum Kid’s Gym, she knew this was something she had to do. Joyce is looking forward to this new adventure and meeting the Franklin Park community.

At her grand opening, Joyce hosted local vendors who donated food and special needs resources for parents. Throughout the day, Joyce held raffles for all the attendees and offered grand opening specials on Open Play packages. The kids had a blast and played with all the equipment in the gym!
