We Rock the Spectrum grew a little bigger on Saturday, December 23rd, 2017, as they celebrated the grand opening of We Rock the Spectrum – Bloomington in Illinois! Tricia and Eric Lambert are the proud new owners of the gym. Together they have four children: Shelby, Leslie, Ashley and TJ, and they reside in Lexington, IL. Their journey with We Rock the Spectrum began when they were visiting their oldest daughter, Shelby, in St. Louis, MO where she went for graduate school. They came across the We Rock the Spectrum – Fenton gym and immediately fell in love with the concept. Their son, Leslie, who is nine, has autism and they were thrilled to see how well he did at the gym! From there on out, the Lamberts knew they had to bring this gym to their community in Normal, IL.
The day was filled with fun and smiles all around with support from the entire Bloomington-Normal communities! The corporate team flew out to help set up and sign people in, ensuring the Lamberts could relax and meet and mingle with the families. Tons of kiddos came to play with all the incredible sensory equipment and dress up in fun costumes like princesses and astronauts. It was a successful and eventful day, and even WMBD News and 25 News came to check out the gym and interview the Lambert family. Congratulations, Tricia and Eric! We can’t wait to see how you ROCK the Bloomington-Normal communities.
