With the arrival of the 16th of September came the grand opening of We Rock the Spectrum – Ballston Spa! Eva Millard, the owner of this gym, is an Occupational Therapist who has been working with children diagnosed with autism. She saw a need for a fun and safe place for children with autism, special needs and nuerotypical development and decided opening up a WRTS location made perfect sense for her and her community. Eva is a single mom to her four-year-old daughter, Emilia, who is beyond excited for all the new friends she will be meeting at her mother’s gym. Together, they are greatly looking forward to meeting new people and having fun with everyone!

They had a phenomenal Grand Opening with everyone who went to play and received incredible support from local restaurants that in total donated a wide array of food choices. They received donations from; Wired Coffee, Stewart’s Shops, Coffee Planet – Ballston Spa, Ripe American Tomato Grill, Pizza Works, Publik House, and Chipotle Mexican Grill! Absolutely no one went home without a full belly. They even held a raffle with more donations from Saratoga Wreaths, Dunkin’ Donuts, Auggie’s Bar & Grill and Mom and Pops as prizes!

We Rock the Spectrum – Ballston Spa also received two pieces of publicity from their local media outlets Channel 13 WNYT and Radio Station 107.7 GNA. Take a look at the great things they had to say!
